This month's artist is Kami Rutherford.  Kami is in the fourth grade at Denver.  I recently asked Kami the following questions:

1. What are your hobbies? I enjoy drawing and singing.
2. Who is your favorite author? I like Ellen Miles.

1. What grade are you in?  I'm in the 5th grade.
2. What are your hobbies? I like to draw, sew, weave, ride horses, and take care of animals.
3. What do you want to be when you grow up? I want to be a rancher.

Video games, drawing, and reading

4. How do you create your artwork? How do you come up with ideas? What do you use for inspiration?

My inspiration is video games and other artists.  I see and remember interesting things and draw them.  I mostly sketch with pencils.

5. What do you want to be when you grow up?

Video game engineer.
